Chapter III~ Revert Back

"Revert back to the old times".  What people say when they regret things in life.  Revert Back to what you used to be.

I remember there was a time my whole family got into some pretty bad altercations.

Our family was divided there was no mutual sense of "home".  It hurt to know that the people you had once thought were there for you ended up leaving you.

It took a while for everyone in the family to forgive each other. When asked the question as to why they got into a fight in the first place they answered each with different answers.

Greed, Love, Lust, Money, Fame. All these came to mind when asked why they'd had gotten into a fight in the first place.

You see adults tend to revert back to their dreams. Dreams that they were never told they could accomplish so they got crushed by a harsh reality.

Growing up now I really wish people would "Revert Back". You see some parents teach their kids this stereotypical process of how you're supposed to live.


Get good grades, go to a good college, and eventually get married and live a stable life. No, if and's or buts in that process.

But when I was younger and even now. I was told that I could achieve big things. Be a good person for society and do what you love.

I've been following that thinking of living since a young child. I don't like conforming to any "stereotypes", so why should you?

Question. If you could "Revert Back", would you?
